Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This page explains how to ask Spencer Digital to delete the information we hold about you from Instagram or Facebook. That includes comments you left on our posts, messages you sent to @spencerdigital.llc or our Facebook Page, and our records of the replies we sent you. For everything else we collect, see our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@spencerdigital.llc with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the Instagram username or Facebook name you used to comment on or message our accounts, so we can find your records. If you like, add the approximate date of your comment or message.
  3. We will reply to confirm we received your request.
  4. We will delete our records of your comments, your messages and our replies within 30 days of your request, and email you when it is done. If the law requires us to keep anything, we will tell you what we kept and why.

What deletion covers

  • Your username or name, the ID Meta assigned to you for our account, and the text and dates of your comments and messages stored in our tools.
  • Our records of any private reply or direct-message reply we sent you.

Even without a request, we delete these records no later than 12 months after your last interaction with us.

Deleting our records does not delete content that lives on Instagram or Facebook itself, such as your comment under our post or the conversation in your inbox. You can delete those yourself in the Instagram or Facebook app, and you can remove a business's access to your information in your Instagram or Facebook settings.
